Petchsri Sirinirund 女士是泰国疾病预防控制机构HIV顾问及全球基金泰国协调机制执行秘书。她曾在泰国卫生部疾控局工作，2009年-2013年担任国家艾滋病管理中心主任以及国家艾滋病委员会办公室秘书，主要工作包括国家艾滋病战略发展与消灭艾滋病国家战略计划制定、协调国家战略信息及AIDS反馈的监测和评估、 倡导和建议检测和治疗有关政策。 2006-2014年，任职泰国CCM艾滋病技术委员会主席，负责协调全球基金建议书的开发以及监管全球基金项目的实施。2004-2008年之间，是CSEARHAP区域（柬埔寨、老挝、泰国和越南）项目的国家联络人。该项目资金来源于加拿大国际发展署，项目关注移民和流动人口的艾滋病预防。自1984年在泰国发现首例艾滋病病例，曾在本国艾滋病疫情最严重的Trad 和 Phayao两省工作，任省级首席医疗官员，负责实施包括艾滋病有关的健康项目。开创了省级艾滋病行动中心，促进多部门参与艾滋病防治工作。

Experiences
· As the Director of the National AIDS Management Center, the secretary office of the National AIDS Committee (2009-2013), the responsible areas include:
o Development of National AIDS Strategy and National Operation Plan for Ending AIDS;
o Coordination of the national strategic information and monitoring and evaluation of AIDS responses;
o Advocacy and propose policy on Test and Treat
· Chair of the technical committee for HIV/AIDS of the Thai CCM (2006-2014) responsible for coordination of development of Concept Note and oversight of the implementation of the Global Fund grants;
· Country focal point for the CSEARHAP, the regional program (Cambodia, Lao PDR, Thailand and Vietnam) working for HIV prevention among migrant and mobile populations, funded by CIDA (2004-2008)
· Provincial Chief Medical Officer, responsible for health programs including HIV in Trad and Phayao province, the most severely hit by HIV/AIDS in the country, since the first AIDS case was found in Thailand in 1984. Initiation of Provincial AIDS Action Center (multi-sector team working on HIV/AIDS in the province)
